Returns and Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchange policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.
Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions, unless faulty
How to Submit a Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide:
- Your full name and order number
- The item or items you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, availability will be checked at the time of your request. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
