Delivery Coverage
We deliver to addresses across Egypt. Delivery to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be available or may involve longer transit times. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days (available in select areas)
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary based on location, demand, and circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as indicated at checkout.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is successfully placed. After dispatch, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make additional attempts or contact you to arrange re-delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us; re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
