Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are delivered after processing in 3 business days.

Unreceived orders will be sent back to the store and delivery fees will be paid.

3-4 business days all over greater Cairo. No express shipping.

Returns are subject to shipping fees.

Refund Policy

    Eligibility Refunds for unworn, unwashed uniforms in original packaging with tags.

  1. Time Frame Request within 14 days of delivery; custom/monogrammed items non-refundable.
  2. Process Email  info@khyouteg.com with order # and reason; return label provided.
  3. Return Shipping Customer pays return shipping unless item defective or wrong.
  4. Refund Amount Full purchase price (less original shipping) credited to original payment method.
  5. Processing Time Refunds issued within 7 business days of receiving returned item.
  6. Defective Items Free return + full refund or replacement if flawed upon arrival.
  7. At pre order stage,Non-Refundable Sale items, gift cards, altered uniforms.
  8. Changes Policy updates posted here; continued use means acceptance.
